Service Description
A gentle introductory facial for young skin, including mild cleansing, hydration, and light extractions for a few blackheads or clogged pores. This service is intended for mild skin concerns only. If the skin has active acne, frequent breakouts, heavy congestion, or requires extensive extractions, a Customized Facial is recommended to allow additional time and a more personalized treatment. Appointment requests are not automatically confirmed and are subject to approval. Please wait for confirmation by phone call or SMS. If we are unable to approve your requested appointment, we will offer alternative availability or provide a full refund of any payment or deposit made. If you cancel your appointment, deposits are not automatically refunded. Please call, text, or email us to request a refund, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Booking: Once an appointment is booked, refunds are not available. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule 24hrs in advance, will issue a credit that can be applied toward a future service. Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued if the appointment is canceled by the business.
